Rolex Datejust: Fashionable and Exquisite

The Rolex Datejust has been one of the most popular fine watches for over 50 years. It was introduced to market in1945, shortly after the second Word War. It is considered by most to be the first watch to feature a date display. The display used a special magnifying lens called the Cyclops in order to make it easier for wearer to view the date. The Oyster bracelet is also set with diamonds. The 36mm version is similar to the 31mm except the dial is silver. The Datejust Turn-o-graph has a number of design options. The bracelet can be found in steel, 18 karat pink, yellow, or white gold, or in the jubilee bracelet style. The bezel is fluted and made of steel, and it can be rotated to measure periods of elapsed time. The dial is usually silver, but customizing is often available.
